How it works.

  1. 01

    Choose the destination

Create a route for an approved customer and select where their converted funds should go.

  2. 02

    Share the details

Share bank or wallet instructions with the accepted asset and networks. Download a branded PDF.

  3. 03

    Let Wayex handle the conversion

When funding clears the required checks, Wayex converts at the live rate and sends the payment onward.

Before you start

Your questions,
answered.

When is the exchange rate set?

At funding, after the required checks. Creating a route does not lock a rate.

Can I hold the funds and convert later?

Payment routes convert and send incoming funds to the chosen destination. Choose separately enabled Treasury if you want to hold balances and decide when to convert.

Which stablecoins and networks can I use?

USDC and USDT on supported networks. Each route lists its accepted asset and chains; the two stablecoins have different network coverage.
